This Private-Room is on the third floor of a charming 1800 century Queen Anne style building of the Victorian era. It is located just a few minutes walk to Harvard University and the Red Line Subway.
Comes fully furnished in modern decor, including new bed, new mattress, linens, cozy towels, large dresser, curtains, rugs over the hardwood floors, and attractive artwork. The room is very quiet and is surrounded by trees outside. It is one of 3 private rooms sharing a conveniently located bathroom.
In the hall, you’ll find a refrigerator and a counter station with microwave and toaster. On the second floor, there is a shared kitchen fully equipped with another refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, and designated kitchen storage for each room. All cooking and eating utensils are provided as well. There is also a coin-operated Washer & Dryer, and a coin changer, in the building.

TERMS: 3 Months Minimum. Whole Months Only. The rent price includes heat, hot water, gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi. There are no other costs or fees. To reserve your room we ask for the first month rent. Additionally, before you move in, we require that you deposit with us your last month rent, plus a one-month refundable security deposit – as it is standard.
